There's a new thingy in the sidebar. That would be my summer goals. I will post them at Writebrainers sometime this week, and then comes the hard part. Meeting them. Why does putting my goals in the sidebar make them seem more official somehow? I mean, I could put them on my bathroom mirror and achieve just about the same thing. What is it about having to add them to my Blogger Layout that just screams ACCOUNTABILITY? Hey, if it works, I won't ask how. Chalk it up to another of life's mysteries.
Now that I have received advice from a prospective agent on how to approach the revisions of my novel, I'm starting to get very excited to do them. I don't really know the answers to most of the questions that have been raised, but it's going to be fun pondering how I might go about answering them. Even if I don't get anywhere with this person after that, my story will be much stronger for the next guy.
